His determination and trust in God got him to not just singing but also reciting at piece during the Kenya high school Music Festivals representing his school.

After high school he continued with his passion and released his very first song named Yamekuwa Machungu which reflected to his past life experience having gone through tough moments as his parents had died when he was still young. Among his other songs are Ndikasyoka released in 2012 which earned him the Mwaka Award. Then Kitole an album that heated the most erst and earned him the Eastern song of the year in 2014 by the Groov Award. He also released other songs like Kulankwonthe then Maundy nguona, unipendavyo, Ngaiwimunene, Ekaindavanie.
