Murder charges on Aiden Fucci

Aiden is facing murder charges after killing a 13-year-old classmate named Tristyn Bailey. According to the surveillance cameras footage Bailey was last seen hanging out with Fucci alongside another classmate and were walking down a blurred residential street heading to the woods. Hours later, at around 2:00 am Fucci was seen running barefooted and the following morning Bailey’s parents reported her missing in a police station.

The county Sheriff Department and prosecution of St John’s County after investigation it was found that Bailey was found dead having wounds of defense which was an indication that she underwent a violent struggle for her life. She had been stabbed 114 times.

According to American law he was meant to face death penalty, but he was just 14 when he killed Bailey. Therefore, the prosecutor insisted that Fucci was not granted any leniency and would be imposed later.
